- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our in home quotes are always free... We proudly offer substantial discounts for Seniors, Veterans and First Responders. We have very competitive pricing and also have a price match plus 5% for all Anlin windows and doors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I (Dave) will make an appointment to come to your home for a quick, free, no obligation, consultation and demonstration of the features and benefits of Anlin windows and doors. I will answer any questions you may have. I will measure all the windows or doors you would like to replace and depending on the project put your quote together right then. On occasion I may need to gather other pricing for options you may choose but will usually have the quote to you in a day or two.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started replacing windows and patio doors in 1988. My task back then was to develop an installation system for "Retro-Fit" windows as it was a brand new concept a that time. In fact, when I took the contractors license exam in 1992 there wasn't a single question (out of 56) pertaining to residential replacement windows. I have installed thousands of replacement windows and patio doors in a wide variety of applications. Now I share the information I've gathered over the past 34 years with our customers so they know exactly what to expect when they decide to move forward with their project.
