- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typical pool service pricing is $75 for chemical and filter cleaning, $90 includes brushing and netting, $110 includes vacuuming; these prices are for pools 25k/gal or less. There are other factors including yard access and debris in pool that may bring the quotes higher.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When hired by a new customer, I start each job with a thorough inspection or the pool equipment. I'll wash out the filters,. inspect pool sweep. adjust timers, and make recommendations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm take ongoing training classes put together by industry professionals from top manufacturers. I keep current on new laws and requirements, work closely with water districts to understand rules for draining pools, I'm CPO certified, water chemistry certified, certified equipment installer and energy auditor through PG&E.
