- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We bid jobs at a flat rate so there are no surprises with what your final bill will be. Our cleaners stay until the job is finished.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a needs assessment over the phone and through text. We then provide a quote, and follow up with a checklist of services so the customer knows what to expect in their cleaning. We then schedule their cleaning and follow up with a customer satisfaction survey to guarantee customers are getting the service they expect.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We ran into situations where we found amazing cleaners, but they were not great at communicating and scheduling. We also found people promising an exceptional clean but then the results were poor. We set out to take the guesswork out of hiring a cleaner. All our cleaners do amazing work and we handle the scheduling, quoting, and payment processing.
