What a fantastic experience! Luis responded to my request promptly and I had a quote within a few days. He came out to the house to measure, review my request, and answer questions that I had. I have odd sized windows and sliders, so the fact that the company also makes the products to spec themselves was a big bonus. And most important - they included a built in doggie door!! The outside and inside view of the installations are exquisite - wish I had done this a while ago. The installation crew was very professional and left the installation areas cleaner than they found it. I have plants outside a few of my windows and not one blade was disturbed! The complete experience was well worth the money put into it the project. I highly recommend Luis and his team.

Ask the customer what it is they are looking for (kind of windows, color, glass) make some suggestions Proceed with taking exact dimensions of the windows and doors Email the estimate for their review and answer all the questions they may have NO PRESSURE
