I contacted Ivan on the Sunday to get a quote. He was there the next day and emailed me a quote by the end of the day. He was very reasonable. He clearly explained what he would be doing to remove the mold from my garage. After getting through Memorial Day weekend, we contracted with him and he completed the removal the next day. He showed me what he had done and what to look for in the future. He had to leave equipment to continue to dry the area but again picked up & cleaned up everything on time. My wife and I were very happy to get this done and more impressed with Ivan. I wish I had more work for him but don’t want any more mold so I will recommend him to anyone who needs his skills.
