The level of service provided by PoolMan Services Company is determined based on the pool's volume, size, and surrounding foliage. For the most frequently encountered pool size, we offer a monthly service charge of $135.00. Our pool service entails weekly maintenance visits, scheduled in advance on a specific day of the week. In the event of equipment repairs or other services required, we adhere to a transparent quoting process. Our team thoroughly assesses the issue and prepares a detailed quote outlining the problem and proposed solutions. This quote is then presented to the customer for their review and approval before any work commences, ensuring complete transparency and customer satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To ensure a comprehensive assessment of the pool equipment and water quality, I schedule an appointment with potential customers. During this appointment, I conduct a thorough inspection of the pool equipment and perform a detailed water analysis. Based on my findings, I provide recommendations and explain the specifics of our services to the customer. If equipment repair is necessary, I offer a detailed quote for their consideration. I am pleased to inform you that the initial visit, which encompasses the equipment inspection and water analysis, is provided to our customers at no cost. This allows us to establish a solid foundation for our future partnership and demonstrate the value we bring to their pool maintenance needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold the prestigious certification of Certified Pool/Spa Operator as an Operator of Aquatic Facilities, granted by the National Swimming Pool Foundation. This certification signifies my expertise in managing and maintaining pools and spas to the highest industry standards. In addition to my existing qualifications, I am currently pursuing the California General Contractor's license specifically for swimming pool construction.
