We had a blast with the services the hype photo booth provided! They were on time, helpful and ready to help with all our questions and concerns. I had really high hopes for this team. Kenneth reached out to me immediately and we got everything booked and squared away. I had to reach out to him multiple times, without response, to receive a draft of our photo strip template. I did not receive the finalized template until four days before the wedding. The communication was so lacking I was afraid I had been ghosted and would be left without a photobooth for the wedding. He then brought his child to my childless wedding, and as the cherry on top I explicitly asked for a guest book for my guests to sign and put their pictures in. I did not find out until I went to take pictures myself, that there was no scrapbook. When I asked his wife, who was operating the booth she had no idea what I was talking about. When I actually spoke to Kenneth, and ask about the book, he said he forgot about it completely. Very disappointing as that was supposed to be the guest book for my wedding and I was left with nothing. Maybe it was an off day, I don’t know, but one too many things were lacking for comfort for sure.
