FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*Pricing listed for services on my introduction page are average general prices. *Clients can add combination of services to create their own unique program. *There are individualized coaching and group coaching programs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free strategy session is set up with new customers to find out their particular needs to set them up the program best suited for them. For those seeking wellness programs, there is physical readiness questionnaire and health questions to be answered before conducting exercise and nutrition instruction. As an added note, I do have post-rehab training so even those with physical limitations can achieve a greater level of fitness without incurring injury. Most sessions are conducted online via zoom. There is a chance for in-person wellness coaching/fitness training if the client lives close and time slots are available. See Wellness Coaching services in my introduction. They include much more than just personal fitness training.
