- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do provide a cheaper rate when it comes to the customer renting their own truck and precisely just hiring Premier Moving for labor. There is a 35% off discount for any returning customer. 50% off your 3rd move with Premier Moving. Referrals automatically get family and friends rate of 28%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First the “Walk Through” stage as I like to call it. Basically is just introductions and we talk about the specific details of your move. Typically over the phone and with pictures, then I give you my professional opinion on the size of the truck that is needed, and which prep equipment works best for your valuables. Next is the “Breakdown” stage. Where my team and I dissemble any furniture that is too wide to fit through walkways or is too fragile for transport. After that stage the “Preparation” follows. This stage consists of bubble, shrink, and padding wrap for delegate items like glass valuables. Then finally the loading and unloading process, which is the simplest part of the job and mainly consists of labor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education level is a B.A in Business Management from the University of California, Riverside. Also completed and graduated within 2 years of Trinity Construction Trade school. Lastly I have a background of 5 years of hands on experience.
