Initially all of my questions were answered quickly, however after confirming the date, I didn’t hear anything back. I texted twice the Sunday before the house was scheduled to be cleaned and received no response. And didn’t get a text or phone call the day of either. Not sure what happened. Very unprofessional and very disappointing to say the least.
Details: 2 bedrooms • 2 bathrooms • Move out cleaning • Window cleaning (interior) • Fridge cleaning • No pets in home • Just once
