Dmittrii fixed my faucet and bathtub overflow that was improperly installed. He took the faucet apart and put it back together. The overflow was fixed with some kind of paste. Initially, there was confusion on how the pricing of the work was calculated. However, Dmittrii was open to feedback and was understanding when working out a resolution. I would book him again for another job.

He missed the original appointment and was late to the rescheduled one. I understand these things happen. A brand name service (like Rescue Rooter, etc) could have the same thing happen. He knew what was needed, but didn't bring parts. A trip to get parts kept the job within the two hour minimum. Again, experience with major brands has the same issues. He did the work properly. Nothing was said about a two hour minimum for labor. A minimum is not unusual, but should be disclosed. Nothing was said about a booking fee. The booking fee should have been removed anyway because the appointment was missed. Dimitrii has offered to refund it. I blame on Thumbtack for the non disclosure. If I had known about the hidden fees and undisclosed minimums, I would have done the work myself. Originally, I gave a three star rating. That was an overall rating. Dimitrii's work met expectations and he shouldn't be penalized for Thumbtack's shortcomings.
