- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically start with a phone call or text conversation, ask them what they would like done and give them multiple options and explain each of them. I’ve learned that being honest and not up-charging produces more opportunities to do more work for a client because they trust me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed c10 electrical contractor with a journeyman certification. The c10 test was based on law and business with general basic electrical questions, the journeyman certification was the hardest test I’ve taken, it requires navigating the code book, learning voltage drop equations, and understanding what’s safe and legal when it comes to electrical installs. I take pride in being a licensed journeyman and a licensed contractor. I share all that not to brag, but I really am passionate about electrical. It’s an amazing trade.
