Ben came right away, diagnosed the problem, immediately went to the supplier to get the part and came back and installed it. The part cost what it cost; I don't think he added any markup, and the cost for his labor, especially considering he had to go get the part, was very reasonable. I can recommend him without hesitation, and will use him again if I have a problem with another appliance. The fix he did he guarantees for a month.

Ben was prompt, competent, and completed the job on my Hotpoint Gas Dryer in less than 1/2 hour after locating parts and picking up the necessary parts. He diagnosed the need for a thermostat and starter within 1/2 hour and drove 1 hour round trip to retrieve the necessary parts.
