I needed a circuit board replacement on my oven because it stopped working, and I went to thum tac to hire someone who can fix the issue and they replied ASAP, which i loved. The service call was $50, and the service man was very nice and worked hard trying to troubleshoot the issue, and he found the problem a faulty circuit clock board. The price quoted was way out of my budget $260 and after telling my husband, he repaired it himself by ordering the generic part himself and watching a YouTube video and fixing it. The part was $103 on Amazon.

Ben was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and has an exceptional patience. We are having tremendous difficulty to pull the dishwasher out to check the drain pump- very limited access for the back feet - he stayed with me for a much much longer than anticipated time until everything was checked out and the dishwasher is working. I am sure if it was someone else, I think would have walked away from this job. Ben is greatly appreciated for his patience and knowledge!!! Mary from San Marino
