Bob Orozov replied immediately to my request sent on a Sunday evening and he said he could arrive within 15 minutes since he was on another call nearby. He arrived on time and completed the repair and my dishwasher is working again. He's a very nice young man and very reliable. Very reasonable rates. Highly recommend!

He gave me an estimate, and came and repaired my refrigerator after getting the part. I was very satisfied with his professionalism, and ability to fix the problem.
