- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most installs/replacements are charged at a flat rate, while other projects will require a fee for an on-site estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I will see what plumbing issues the customer is having by asking a few questions. Then all the info will be analyzed to see what can be done to fix the problem. Finally, a rough estimate will be given and see if the customer would like to move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of experience in residential plumbing for new construction and 5 years in service/repair. Currently, I am licensed by the state of California as a Plumbing Contractor.
