- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m pretty transparent about my pricing up front. Any additional services will be talked about and added after completion of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introductions, finding out exactly what they need, picking a time that works for both of us, and exchanging phone numbers. Booking would be the last step before showing up and starting the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a painters apprentice earlier in my career for a couple years. I was also and electrical trainee for 3 years. My father was a master mechanic and has taught me all he knows.
