- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-Price on app, little extra cost if the meeting place is more than 3 cities away or if I have to pay bridge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-I reccomend to know the customer's background about any experience in the pool: previous lesson, accident in the water (swimming), or any fear that you have about this.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
