Casey is an amazing personal trainer! At every step of our work together, he was focused on tailoring our sessions to meet my specific needs and goals. Going into our personal training sessions, I had some issues with my right shoulder and left hip, and Casey helped me zero in on potential causes and remedies. In one session, I was feeling pain in my left hip during a specific exercise, and Casey suggested we stop and use a small lacrosse ball to relieve the muscle tension before trying the exercise again. This worked like magic - when I tried the exercise again after using the ball, the pain in my hip was gone. In each of our sessions together, Casey was encouraging and focused on building upon our previous work. At the culmination of our work together, I came away with a set of specific tools and exercises that I can utilize at home to augment my work in the gym. I highly recommend working with Casey!

I really enjoyed working out with Casey last year. I went into functional training with a lot of aches and pains. After just a few weeks of his approach, those initial aches and pains went completely away and I started to get stronger. I am so grateful to not have an aching knee! I can now participate in group fitness classes with ease and continue to get stronger. I highly recommend working with Casey to help you safely get stronger and get your body moving as it should.
