FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $70/hour on my own, plus a commute fee if traveling more than 30 minutes for the job. For projects that require an additional organizer I charge $115/hour. I also require a deposit in order to secure time for your project. I’m open to discounts for long-term projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we’ll have a preliminary phone call so I can get a good sense of what you’re needing to be organized and for what purpose. We’ll discuss the scope of the project and any budget you have for organizing products. Pictures of your space will help me as well. Once we’re on the same page of what I will work on, we’ll schedule time for me to come work and begin with an in-person walk-through. I make sure to communicate and check in along the way to ensure I’m on the right track!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of project management experience in primarily non-profit, which taught me many helpful skills for organizing. I’ve been organizing for 1 year professionally but have always done it for family and friends as well.
