Omar and Jimmy arrived punctually with all of their tools and moved the contents of half a pod into our house in about an hour and 15 minutes. They were warm, friendly, such hard workers, and very, very careful with all the contents of our house. We will happily have them back on our next big move!

Omar was immediately responsive when I posted my request for a move within 48 hours. He quoted me a price that was very reasonable, and then we spoke on the phone to confirm details. Omar is an excellent communicator, and very proactive. On the day of the move, Omar arrived with his moving truck and Jimmy. I had added many more boxes and additional furniture, and I was amazed that they were done within four hours. The two of them moved very quickly and efficiently, carefully wrapping and loading our belongings, and then carrying everything speedily up about 20 steps to the front door, and then once inside, up more steps because the house has three stories, and many of the boxes had to go to the third story. In addition to their excellent work ethic, and productivity, both Omar and Jimmy were very professional, personable, courteous, and easy to communicate with. They had the best attitudes, and I was so happy with their work, that I gave each of them a big hug after paying and tipping using Venmo! I highly recommend Master Relocation Movers, and would not hesitate to work with Omar and his team again in the future.

I was in need of movers in such short notice and Omar responded to my inquiry within minutes! He was very clear and concise on what to expect and showed up the following day on time. Omar and Hector were extremely fast, diligent, and made it a stress free experience. I really appreciated how helpful they are. They take pride in their work and provide clear communication, and asks questions vs making assumptions. I highly recommend Omar and his team for any moving needs - big or small!! Omar and his team were amazing - they moved some EXTREMELY heavy furniture and helped me unload from the 26' truck, uncrate everything, move it into the house, and then haul away the trash. Could not recommend his team enough.
