Doris and Ana were nice people, but I will never use this company again. It was my first time having cleaners and I may never trust another company. Characters are limited, so I have to be brief, but the main points: -They threw away a lot of my stuff. Yes, there's clutter, but I left boxes/bags for things like that in each room. Some were used, some were not. I had to go dumpster diving at 2am when I realized things were missing and thought back to Doris' comment of 'yeah, there was a lot of trash.' Thrown out items included a charm bracelet I made years ago, cleaning supplies, a $50 spa finder gift card, craft supplies, full tube of curl cream, brand new makeup brush, bathroom accessories and who knows what else. I had a window cleaning tool (I have large windows) in my kitchen that I still can't find, so either it was thrown away or taken with them when they left. -I asked ONLY to change the bedding and vacuum the primary bedroom, they did more anyway, then pushed back/insisted when I noticed and asked them to stop. They cleared off dressers, my nightstand, two picture rails, put things in random drawers, went through personal items and areas I didn't want touched. One of the ladies left her jacket inside one of the drawers in my closet. Last night I discovered every random cable tangled and shoved in a tote under the bed with a plugged-in power strip included in the mix. -They left my stuff outside. I am assuming they moved these things outside to clean under and just never brought them in? -I introduced them to the dog and the cat to make sure they were aware that there were pets in the apartment. I later came in to find them working with a patio door wide open. I live on an open rooftop - it's dangerous if my pets get outside. -They missed easy things. The faucet in the en suite bathroom was half-cleaned, they didn't move things to vacuum. Something as simple as loading the dishwasher wasn't even done with any logic or common sense. (A sauce jar, with label, was placed open-side-up and everything else was chaotically loaded). I left replacement rolls of TP on the counter, they were still there (with the holder) when they left. -They had me pay them directly with Venmo, and my bad for not choosing Goods and Services (again, my first time with cleaners, wasn't familiar with the process, language barrier, etc), so I don't even have financial recourse if I wanted to pursue a refund. These clearly weren't the seasoned professionals I expected based on the other reviews. If someone gets to the point of calling in professional cleaners to help, it's horrible to have those people then decide your belongings are trash.
