I found Juan (Healthy Cleaning Janitorial Services) through Thumbtack. I needed to have office space cleaned before move-out. The space is quite big, and has been vacant for a while so it really needed some work. I looked at a few services and felt most comfortable booking the cleaning of the office space with Juan. His quote was incredibly fair, and he was so friendly. What I appreciated most was his willingness to accommodate the deadline I was working under. He really came through. The office looked great for the final walk-through. I am going to book Juan and Healthy Cleaning Janitorial Services regularly for the office we are in now!

We just relocated our business. It was a building that most likely had not been properly cleaned for many many years. I called Juan, he returned my call in a very timely manner we discussed the job, he came out and that evening I had an estimate for the work. He was more that reasonable, easy to talk to and he listened to what we needed. We scheduled a time, he was prompt, did a beautiful job on the floors, bathroom even shelving and walls. Really did go above and beyond what we expected. This is a welding shop with lots of dirt and grime, we are so impressed! Great job, will recommend him and we are signing up for monthly service. Thank you Juan and Team!!

Juan was extremely helpful and communicative with our project of cleaning up a warehouse and office space to turn over to our landlord. The service was very affordable, timely and he delivered on everything he promised. I would definitely use Healthy Cleaning again!

They arrived 40 minutes late even though I had double checked time a few hours before the scheduled carpet cleaning. I asked them if there was any traffic and even they said so nonchalantly there was none. Pretty upsetting. Other than that did an okay job. $60 felt excessive for literally 10 minutes of carpet cleaning. Expected more thorough like steam and all, but okay. Hope they respect punctuality more.
