This was the best service one could get! On time, quick to figure out what he needed to do and then went way beyond any expectations. He was only to replace faucets for our new washer but he actually installed the washer to so we don't have to deal with Lowes time schedule. I was washing clothes after he left! I’m ready to hire him again anytime!

Very responsive and accommodating—honestly the best value for your money. He did a clean job, left the place spotless, and had all the proper tools for the job. He was thoughtful enough to wear shoe covers to protect my carpet. There were four old mounts at the bottom, and while I would have liked to see all four replaced, only two could be removed. He installed two new mounts and reassured me that the adhesive is extremely strong, providing a six-month guarantee for his work, which gave me peace of mind.

Alan was quick to respond and got the job done. I called other plumbing companies and they wanted to come to my home to simply look at the toilet that needed to be replaced and then give me a quote. One company even had the nerve to quote me $1800 to replace my toilet. Alan was honest, processional and quick. He removed my old toilet and installed my new one. I originally gave this plumber five stars, but after revisiting the work, I need to adjust my rating. While he moved the water pipe as expected and even made a trip to the store to buy p-traps, he didn’t install them. At the time, it bothered me, but it seemed like something I could address later. However, after working on the plumbing myself, I’ve realized several significant issues. The plumber noted that the flexible piping we previously had wasn’t up to code, which I can appreciate. However, he removed it without ensuring the sinks would be usable afterward. Both sinks now require flexible piping unless the entire plumbing system is redone—a fact that should have been considered before starting the job. The left-side sink, which was the focus of the project, is particularly problematic due to the height of the new vanity cabinet, which makes rigid piping impossible without additional modifications. A more thorough evaluation and better recommendations at the outset would have prevented these issues. Unfortunately, I’m left with sinks I can’t use and additional work to finish what should have been a straightforward project.
