- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When wrapping and protecting your furniture it can be time consuming if you are worried about time you can sign a release of liability saying that I’m not responsible for any damages to the item.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make sure that all items are listed before the move to ensure I can make the least amount of unnecessary moves as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training in disassembly of appliances and most hydraulic beds. I’m educated in wrapping furniture for full protection during transit.
