- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100 Service Fee that goes towards your repair. if the repair is sub 100 dollars i wont charge anything else. i also have a 100 dollar minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you have a picture, it could save you money and my time. If you just want me to come over and figure out what's going on, just pay the service fee and schedule with me. Sometimes there is no other way I just need to come check it out, but a picture can save time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went through a trade program that trained me on all appliances, basic electrical, basic plumbing, and HVAC repairs. EPA Universal certified.
