- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a handyman service, I believe in transparent pricing and providing fair estimates. I offer discounts for larger projects or loyal customers. However, there may be additional fees for specialized equipment or materials. My goal is to deliver quality work at a reasonable price, ensuring customer satisfaction. Please note that there is a minimum order requirement of 2 hours of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I begin by listening to their specific needs and understanding the scope of the project. We discuss timelines, budget, and any preferences. I then provide a detailed estimate and upon agreement, schedule the work at a mutually convenient time. Communication and customer satisfaction are my top priorities.

I have received comprehensive training and have years of hands-on experience in various aspects of handyman services. Additionally, I constantly update my skills through workshops and certifications to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and safety practices.
