- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we collect payments right after our service. there is no hidden fee, overcharge, or surprise! our policy is to diagnose your instrument first, and give suggestions about any service that your piano needs along with its price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we provide an invoice after each service, note the tuning date, and the next appointment date. we also note each instrument's condition in the invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we are highly educated people in Music. our technician has a history of teaching music and tuning pianos for many years.
