Thank you for your interest in our services! We provide discounts individually, depending on the volume of work and frequency of cleaning. In order to offer the most favorable conditions for you, we ask you to contact us personally to discuss the details of your order and calculate the discount. We will be happy to help you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial contact: The client contacts you via phone, website or social media. You clarify their needs (type of property, scope of work, frequency of cleaning, etc.). 2. Assessment and consultation: You offer a consultation or a free assessment, clarify the details (footage, special requests), and based on this, give a cost estimate. 3. Assigning a date and time: You agree on a convenient time for the client and assign the team to the order. 4. Confirmation: The day before the cleaning, remind the client about the visit to confirm the appointment. 5. Execution of work: The team arrives on time, performs high-quality cleaning, observing all the client's wishes. 6. Feedback and payment: After completing the work, you collect feedback, offer to leave a review and make a payment (cash/non-cash). 7. Follow-up orders: If necessary, offer regular maintenance or special offers for regular customers.
