Second Life and Paul were very helpful from beginning to end. Our dryer broke at 10pm and with wet laundry in the washer, I frantically searched for someone who could fix it the following day. I had very specific hours I would be available due to my work schedule and Second Life made the effort to accommodate. I would recommend this business to anyone searching help with any broken appliance. The price was right, and service phenomenal. Will use them for all repairs moving forward. Stephanie responded quickly and technichian came the same day to fix my washing machine. He remained careful and professional throughout the whole process, he was pet friendly and super nice. and the price was fair

I called this company, the problem was with my dryer, it stopped working. Arrived on time the same day and fixed the problem in one visit in less than an hour! The technician, Paul, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and put on shoe covers, which really surprised me! and also gave tips on using the dryer! He also checked my washing machine for free! I highly recommend this company and be sure to ask for Paul! Thank you!
