Dan was very knowledgable in his appliances skills. I would recommend him to anyone I know that needs fixing. Not only was he incredibly responsive and upfront with pricing, but he was on time, communicative, incredibly efficient, and ensured we were satisfied. Dan quickly responded to my inquiry regarding my Samsung washing machine not working and indicated what he could do to help fix it. He was very responsive and he was able to come the next day I reached out. He replaced a broken valve and explained everything so easy to understand. His communication and professionalism were excellent. The repair was speedy and at a very fair price compared to market. I highly recommend him as an honest and knowledgeable person to work with.
