Roof repair done by Jose and his employee. Jose showed up exactly when he said he would, inpected the roof and gave me an estimate immediately. He was by far the best quote, I had a few bids, for basically the same repairs. Just had the work done so will have to wait and see how it holds up. But the experience so far has been excellent. Planning to use him for annual maintenance too.
