He has competed in several powerlifting competitions at a bodyweight of 160 lbs, achieving lift totals exceeding 1,000 lbs. With over 11 years of experience in client coaching, gym ownership, and program development, he brings a deep and practical understanding of training methodologies and principles. His expertise enables individuals at any level to make consistent, long-term progress in their health and fitness journey. Before transitioning to coaching full-time, Vincent worked as both an EMT and a veterinary technician.
