- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates will depend largely on distance traveled (for in-home training), schedule availability, and training frequency just to name a few. Some clients prefer to be coached remotely, while others prefer to meet one-on-one multiple times per week and completely delegate their training to the trainer. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a new client has expressed interest for personal training/coaching, a date and time will be determined to further discuss details of desired goals and outcomes, training preferences, schedule availability, and other topics pertaining to the client about training. During that same discussion, a thorough health and fitness history will be gathered in order to create a plan of action.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with trainees from all unique walks of life all of which begin from varying health and fitness backgrounds. Most of the people that I work with are looking to sustainably manage body weight, improve body composition (become leaner), incorporate working out into their lives in a productive and efficient manner, gain muscular strength, and increase energy and vitality to be able to improve the quality of life (playing with their children, be able to perform better in their business, or other pursuits).
