- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have any hidden fees. The price we offer, is the price that we charge. Our hourly rate includes a fully equipped truck, free use of wardrobe boxes (if customers keep the wardrobe boxes, they pay for them), protective blankets for furniture and electronics, professional movers, labor, loading and unloading, disassemble and reassemble furniture. Materials are charge separately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually send a quote to customers. If customers contact us, we ask them for information about the moving. If the customers agreed to book with us, we ask them for the pick up location, delivery location, and an email address to schedule an appointment for their moving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff member have customer service training, and also the owner of the company is responsible for training the new members about how to work in the moving field.
