We provide hourly rates or flat rates. We work together with our customers to see what option works best for them. There is no hidden fees or extra costs in our prices. The price we provide you, is the price you will pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send you a quote with all the details about our services. If you decide to book with us, we request you more information like pick up address, delivery address, email address, number of movers you require, if you need packing, time to start. After getting all that information, you will receive an email address confirming your appointment. You can contact us at any time if you have questions about our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our staff members has knowledge and training about customer service, secure measuring, and equipment use. Before any employee works in the company, we provide training to make sure all our employees provide quality secure service.
