‌I’m Emilie Ritea, I help you to be fully expressed in your intimacy and sexuality in your relationships with tools to explore and communicate your intimacy, sexual and relationship needs, wants, desires and fantasies, solo and in partnership, with embodiment, consciousness, radical acceptance and unconditional love. I was born and raised in Normandy, France. My journey has taken me from Sydney, Australia, where I had my daughter and son with my first husband, to the magnificent redwood forests of the San Francisco Bay Area, California, where I now live with my children. I identify as bisexual, demisexual, and sapiosexual, and have been practicing various forms of ethical non-monogamy for nearly two decades. ‌ When not immersed in my work, you’ll find me embracing life through yoga, meditation, soaking, reading, journaling, electronic music, nature, dancing, running, lifting weights, hiking, art, and spending quality time with my children, partners and friends. I approach life with grounded presence, humor, sensuality, ease and joy. ‌ My fascination with relationships and sexuality began in childhood. After diverse careers in sales, technical writing, professional translation, blogging, and interior design, followed by years as a stay-at-home parent exploring alternative parenting approaches, I decided to reinvent myself. Combining my unique experiences and skills, I trained as a sex and relationship coach with the Somatica Institute in California to support others in their journey towards confidence, embodiment, and full expression in sexuality and relationship.
