- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically charge per day or per hours per employee, on site 8 hours, no charge for travel. We negotiate bids on part-day projects as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We assess the job; explain the cost items (e.g., the cost of hardware such as drip irrigation fittings, hoses and supplies, or lumber and materials costs for construction); estimate the labor hours; guarantee the scheduling and manpower availability; and compile a detailed written quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of construction and landscape experience, including with large companies that provide regular training and audit performance and customer satisfaction. Th feedback I get from the customer is the best training there is.
