FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to work within everyone's budget , but these days the San Francisco Bay area pricing has been challenging for all concerned .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It always varies , but generally begins with an estimate / meeting or 2 , even 3 -4 if needed to fine tune what needs to get done and how we're going to accomplish it . If we can agree on materials , design and a labor cost after a fair amount of meetings , followed by a fair amount of emails followed by a rendering / design , nailing down the details with the client , the process can be a bit extensive so everyone is on the same page but it ends up being more concise for all . After all is agreed upon and the numbers , design and materials are completely finalized, we sign a contract and get to work . Most large projects take 2-3 months . Smaller projects vary .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Horticulture degree from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo . Horticulture degree / Foothill college / Large ranch property management in Colorado / Washington / California
