- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We try very hard to work within everyone's budget to bring their projects to fruition . We are competitive , transparent and honest in our pricing , trying to balance both client and employee needs in order to make it all work in a very expensive and challenging Bay Area economic climate . 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The initial process always varies , but generally begins with a meeting , a discussion of your wants and desires for the project , an estimate of cost , more meetings , to fine tune what needs to get done and how we're going to accomplish it , designs , more ideas , more discussions and then finalizing numbers , designs and legal guidelines and final contract . That's for the big projects . For the small projects , a quick meeting , some detailed discussions , agreement and work commences . We pride ourselves on not having you wonder what's happening from day to day , we communicate , a lot because not knowing what's happening during the course of your project is not an option for us . 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Horticulture degree from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo . Horticulture degree / Foothill college / Large ranch property management in Colorado / Washington / California .45 plus years of horticultural experience and hands on training .
