I worked with Jose from the start of the project, he immediately scheduled time to get the project details, dimensions. He was clear on the start date and any time I needed to follow up, he responded promptly. When work started, it was fantastic, seamless, with no issues other than some material constraints (which is always bound to happen). Initial estimate was about a weekish, but was done in half which was awesome. Payment was clear, was asked to pay when needed and end of job. I fumbled with the final payment due to technology issues, but Jose was understanding. All in all a great project and our backyard is much more usable now

Ramirez Landscaping did several tasks for me: scoring and grinding concrete to improve drainage in the driveway area, and removing a termite-infested dead stump. They did a high quality job, being careful about bagging and removing the tree debris quickly, checking their work on the drainage, and cleanup up after themselves nicely. Good communication and responsiveness.

We cannot say enough about The Ramirez team...they were amazing from start to finish! They were incredibly reliable, thoughtful, and knowledgeable with years of professional experience and attention to detail. This team is led by Jose, who understands the area, the expectations, and how to solve problems efficiently and effectively. It’s a family business...father, uncle, and brother installed while Jose handled the planning, shopping, billing, communication, and logistics. They did our entire yard (9000 sq ft lot-excluding the putting green) including hardscape including new paved driveway, lawn, plants, and lighting at a fair price and on budget. Upon completion we immediately hired them to maintain our yard as well. The plants in the photos are very young...this was total remodel starting from dirt and the house was down to the studs. They also did the entire drainage system and irrigation system in the yard as well as all the stone on the house. Working with them could not have been a more pleasant experience...and this was my 7th remodel, so I do not say that lightly. Additional notes: Very responsive, clear communication, and great use of technology to get the job done quickly and on schedule. Not listed in the job scope, they took initiative to coordinate with the putting green company and oversaw that installation to ensure drainage, plantings, etc. would all work together. I do not have a single negative to report and will use this team for future projects. Thank you, Ramirez team for your hard work, great design, understanding our needs, and ethical business practices! (The photos show some wet stone...it just rained this morning.)
