- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the initial site visit we spend time getting to know you, the space and the scope of work. We will discuss how we work and what will work best for your project. We will also answer any questions you have during this meeting. Based on the initial site visit we will provide you with a proposal. This service is $250, prior to our arrival. If you're not living in the space then we meet to go over the plans or verbal scope of work. Once a proposal is signed is when we really get to work :-)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Initial On-Site Visit is where we discuss how we work, gather information on your project and lay eyes on the space/s - $250 A proposal is then sent with the scope of work and services provided, specific to your project. A small retainer will be requested, to lock you in as a client, and once this is signed, is when we start the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Interior Designer. Sketchup and modeling continuing education (there's always something new to learn!). Vendor workshops either locally or traveled. Industry reps come to our office to show us their latest and greatest samples, on a monthly/quarterly basis
