- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I quote quite cheap, but do not like to bargain. There is room for discounts, but it got to be for a real reason.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Estimation visit/call eliminates needs and desires of a customer, than I can quote a job. I try to build trustful relationships with everyone, to get hired more often.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master degree in mechanical engineering.
