Peter went ABOVE and BEYOND when he helped us install baseboard heaters at our condo rental. He was very knowledgeable and was able to fix a large issue related to the electric wiring to the main breaker - he knows his stuff! Peter responded quickly when my furnace stopped working. He came for a diagnose in the same afternoon and found it’s the Inducer motor not working. Peter bought the part and replaced it next day. He also found the furnace is overheating because our vents were blocked by dirty filter. after running well for one day, our furnace stopped working again. Peter came on Sunday after I messaged him. He fixed a faulty sensor and loose connection to the controller, without charge. Everything works since then. Glad I had Peter fixing my furnace. Would hire him again for my future HVAC issues.

Peter showed up today on the Easter Sunday holiday, and that also very punctual, on time with a heads-up text message of ETA arrival. I connected with Peter on Thumbtack earlier in the morning. So it was a last-minute urgent scheduling. I had a decades old HVAC furnace in the house which was working intermittently on/off with a problem of blowing the hot air in cycles and shuts off and furnace burners starts again to blow the hot air for few minutes and due to overheating turns off by the sensors. Peter started diagnosing the problem step by step and isolated one after another to really nail down the root cause. By doing this, Peter asked me the right questions, which made me think a little harder to answer them as I need to recollect and refresh my memory on to the peculiar characteristic behavior of Nest Thermostat and York Diamond 30+ yrs old furnace problem lingering together in combination. In the end, Peter figured it out very quickly the real problem by running some gas valve PSI test and temperature vents, measurements to solve the Furnace Cycling on/off Thermostat problem. Peter had to reduce the gas flow psi to an adequate number to optimize and stabilize the heated air coming out the vent. One other problem Peter noted and came across was the type-B gas vent from the furnace unit which was going out to the roof and did not have any clearance on to the garage roof top vent for the exhaust fumes to vent out, as a result all the gas exhaust combustibles were not vent out completely causing the overheating of the sensors and motors inside the York furnace. Peter went to the roof and adjusted the gas b-vent along with height adjustment from inside the garage roof, which caused the Furnace to start breathing. Wallah, the furnace does not shut off any more. Heating out of the duct vents is more stabilized with right warmer air blowing in all the rooms (both up and down stairs) and really solved the problem. Peter did not charge me extra to adjust the b-vent gas pipe, that was so kind and nice of him, and he only charged a very reasonable amount for the gas pressure flow adjustment and optimization. After Peter recommendation, we will await his quote for the most cost effective and energy efficient solution for our house - Split unit (heating/cooling) for the 1st floor and Ceiling Cassette split heating/ cooling unit (outside in the sideyard) controlling the individual rooms Thermostat controlled Ceiling Cassette vents. Overall, I was extremely impressed 👏 👌 👍 🙌 with Peter's sound technical working knowledge in the HVAC field, the way he explains in simple language to the customers by using right correlation examples and highly professional from the Servicing, Quality of Work, Ethics and Soft and polite conversation tone. Peter deserves more than a million star rating and review. There's absolutely 💯 👏 no doubt about it. I strongly recommend everyone to request Peter for anyone's HVAC or electrical problems in the household. I am getting non-stop hot air across the entire house now, both floors, and it feels like very refreshing in the same house we had been living. Furnace hasn't shut off like the way it was doing for all these years other than the thermostat reaching the target set temperature. More warmer nights to come ahead, really thanking Peter to debug, solve, and fix the problem in less than 90 minutes. Hats off to Peter once again, very humble and down to earth personality. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Peter today on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. I am BLESSED! Will definitely do business with Peter again in the near future later in the summer. I ended up having Peter to do the whole house heating duct replacement and furnace replacement for us. Peter is very transparent and honest with the price. He is very focused when doing work and apply perfectionism always. He found a couple code violations and a couple heat duct misuse and he fixed it for us along the way. The project ended up taking a bit longer because it is more complicated and our crawl space and attic are narrow and hard to work with but Peter didn’t charge us extra and finished all work perfectly under a reasonable price. I would trust him do other work and recommend him to my friends if needed.
