FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My aim is to always offer fair, competitive, and honest/transparent pricing for the task at hand. Refer me to friends / family -> 10% Seniors (65+) -> 10% Military / veterans -> 10% Emergency responders -> 10%
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to connect with a new customer through tools available (Thumbtack messaging / phone call / virtual mtg / onsite) to really understand what they are trying to get done. Pictures, a good write up, +supporting documentation are great for improving my understanding of the issue or goal of your project quickly. Once we move to an onsite I'll be able to better provide recommendation on next steps for how we can accomplish. 👍 I'll prepare a proposal / game plan for you. If you'd like to move forward we'll schedule a day, discuss workflow, and knock it out 🙌
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in industry for 15+ years designing, manufacturing, integrating, and testing hardware I've obtained a MS / BS degrees in mechanical engineering from SCU I've worked to restore/improve multiple family homes All these experiences have given me great ability to jump in and help address a number of issues that can arise. Still there is much I don't have intimate experience solving + I definitely don't have all the tools available so I'm far from greatest. Whatever your project might consist of - I'll work hard to get it done well, on time, and on budget
