I asked to patch a leak on the roof. Jose came up in the attic with me looked at the leak from below and patched it. I also got a great fast estimate for laying another layer on the roof, as I only have the first layer, after all my roof is about 30 years old, it is about time to do. He pointed out that the previous roofer didn't do an overhang and this might also cause leaks. I haven't had it rain yet, but so far I am very happy with the service and quote.

Jose provided me with excellent service. He was the only one to bid on my project (might have been too small a job to generate much interest), but the price I got seemed fair for the number of workers and time spent. Jose was also very quick with communication and scheduling visits: first to give me a quote and to come out and do the work. On the day of the job, he and his crew were efficient and professional. I'm happy to have found him on Thumbtack and will reach out to him again if I ever need his services.

Jose was responsive and arrived on time to give an estimate for replacing gutters for our entire home. Work was completed within 4 days and they cleaned up / hauled away. We had asked Jose for an additional quote on the 2nd day to install gutter guards while he was already doing the work but he didn't provide the quote until after the job was completed. And there was one downspout that was not included in our original quote, which I was not aware of until we realized it had not been replaced, so we had to add it on at the end. Overall, we are satisfied with the work and value of Jose's services.

He worked very hard to make sure all my concerns and worries have been properly addressed and my expectations met. Very good and reliable company about junk removal .
