I hired Chef Julia to run a small cooking class/birthday party for my young daughter. She did a fantastic job with the kids, keeping them engaged and teaching them a lot about cooking! My daughter has asked for a repeat of the same birthday party next year. Chef Julia was easy to communicate with, clear about what I needed to do to prepare, and then lovely to have in our home. Wonderful experience!

I went to Julia after many failed attempts at learning how to cook. My favorite kitchen appliance was the microwave. Until my first lesson. Julia has the patience and knowledge to help me feel more confident almost immediately. I'm very intimated by cooking steaks. Or meat in general. Julia's lesson for the Tuscan Steak was phenomenal. She focuses on the science of cooking which was a huge help. I've never had cooking explained in such a manner. The sky's the limit now. I think I'll tackle and conquer croissants with Julia by my side.
