We had the good fortune of learning about Steve through another friend's recommendation. We had just purchased a new wireless computer and printer and needed help in setting it up and saving the data from our old hard drive. Steve worked efficiently to get everything up and running. He has since installed an external hard drive for us, as well as asssisted with other miscellaneous annoyances. We feel so fortunate to be able to call upon Steve's expertise, knowing he will solve our problem. The best thing I can probably say is that Steve is dependable and has always promptly responded to our pleas of help. His customers are his #1 priority. Needless to say, we have referred him to various friends and will continue to do so in the future. A bonus for his clients is the monthly newsletter that he sends out as well as alerting us to other immediate issues we should be aware of.

Overall Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac systems support, including printer installation, wireless network installation, virus elimination, computer tune-up, email configuration, iTunes set up, backup system establishment, iPhone/iPad/iPod help, migration from old computer to new computer, general computer repair and upgrade, computer rebuild, software installation, and remote support.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Take the time to check their references and ask questions about how they approach the job and estimate the time it will take.
