- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a potential client calls me, I gather information about the project: the situation, the potential scope of work, and the client's requirements. Therefore, when we meet in person, I am prepared and ready to assist. I hope you are also prepared to work with me. We'll begin by defining the needs, scope, styles, and objectives. I believe that trust must be cultivated from both sides. If we then decide to sign a contract, we'll already have a solid understanding and mutual expectations. Things can only improve from there.
