- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rates are always negotiable. Our hourly rates are generally based on the number of hours the client needs. The more hours needed, the lower our rates become.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself, Ron Saucedo. Then I normally ask the customer why do they require the services of a professional security provider. Then I listen to everything the customer has to say. I then let the customer know the best options for their situation. If we have addressed similar situations with past customers, we share that experience and results. We can't promise you the world, but we guarantee we can make safer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed the asset protection & facility security courses while working as a corporate security officer for Bank of America Corporation in Los Angeles CA.. I graduated from the Protection One Inc. patrol academy in Van Nuys CA. I also completed the threat assessment & physical security course at First Interstate Bank in Los Angeles CA.
