I have several rental properties, and I’m always looking for quality people who deliver excellent work at an affordable price. Unfortunately, people in this industry are hard to trust and depend on. BUT These guys were AWESOME! I’ve finally found my go to company for maintenance, construction and repair. I was impressed how my contact, Gil, handled multiple projects in a day. He showed up on time, we reviewed the projects, he made a list and took off to Home Depot to get additional supplies. He’s work ethic and professionalism went beyond my expectation. I’m nervous to post this review cause I don’t want him to get too busy! Haha, but I have to give credit where it’s due, and these guys are the real deal. Attached pictures show some finished projects and the last 2 pics of the carry over projects that we have to let dry overnight.

Because you’re limited on space for a review, I cannot adequately sing the praises of this guy. Long short, I literally went through 25(!!!) people before finding Gilbert. Not only is his quality and RANGE top quality, but his perserverance, HONESTY and “on time-ness” is an absolute rare thing. Save your money, eliminate your headaches, SAVE YOUR TIME and get this guy on track from the beginning. You will come back here… like I did… to both thank him… and prevent others from going through the trail of tears that is so, so common these days. And I AM a well rounded, “construction” guy, built commercial buildings and every sort of “guy thing” my whole life. The floor pics are where he dug up and replaced a leaking water line… UNDER the cabinet, of course…. when I broke my thumb and had to call him back in for it. This guy is just absolutely top notch by every possible metric. I’d put my phone number on here to be available for real life affirmations that he is every single bit “as advertised” but the site really doesn’t want that kind of reality. He’s the real deal.
