The water spicket was leaking heavily in the garage, and we couldn't shut it off. We had to turn off the water. That's when I reached out to James at Essential Plumbing Services via Thumbtack. James called me right away and came over to take care of our issue and replaced the entire faucet head, making it much easier to use with the water hose. No more leaking.

Frank was very clear and helpful in helping me understand what sort of problem I was dealing with. The service was great and was completely in a timely manner.
