Introduction
My name is Christian Agudelo and I have been in the fitness industry since 2005. I studied kinesiology at Cal State Fullerton and held a personal training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) for several years. I currently hold my personal training certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I have trained clients in a 1 on 1 setting for 15 years specializing in weight loss, overall strength and conditioning as well as sports specific. I have experience in small group circuit training as well as basic boxing/kickboxing training for general population and general nutrition knowledge. I enjoy running and completed my first half marathon in 2014. I enjoy hiking and trial running as well as golf and snowboarding. Spending time with my family and friends and watching sports are just some of the things i do for fun.

Christian is the best personal trainer around. Not only does he know his exercise and diet, he is a blast to workout with. Count on him to not only get you in shape but you will actually not hate it!
He is so good at personalizing your workout no matter what type of results you are after.
Advice: book him while he has space, you will not regret it.

I had worked out with different five trainers for about three years before I found Christian. What I immediately fell for was his genuine interest in helping me achieve my fitness goals. His workouts are tough but I always feel like I am improving and getting stronger. He keeps himself up to date on the current fitness trends (ie, diets, exercises) and takes time to thoroughly explain them. Like with many people, I have struggled my entire life with my weight, poor eating habits, lack of drive to exercise. Christian has taught me that fitness and a healthy lifestyle are attainable!
