Malfunctioning wall heater. We called Tytum and their technician Max arrived the next morning to evaluate the problem and suggest options. We chose to have the heater replaced. I was able to get a next day appointment since it was urgent to have our heater checked. Dan came in and he immediately troubleshoot that we needed a new thermostat and found an item on our furnace that was missing or broken. That part was actually missed by another person and company a couple days ago that had inspected it. He got it done quickly, tested our unit, and quoted a very reasonable price. I would recommend to anyone who needs assistance with their heating to call Tytum Heating and Air. They're professional and honest. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again with my home.

I requested a mini split installation from this company and they did an amazing job. From first contact, the girls in the office were amazing. Very communicative and responded quickly to all my questions and concerns. The pricing was very reasonable. The technicians were scheduled to do the installation within the same week as our initial estimate. Overall extremely happy with the whole process. Will definitely be using them in the future.
